Asian inspired Chicken Salad Bowl or what I like to call as Salad Terjun A quick understanding with the word “ Terjun ”. It means, Jump in Malay. I like to use it because I don’t have a recipe to follow. I literally use what I have, can find and think I can add-in to make the meal complete. So, it is safe to say, I used Terjun recipe a lot. This particular salad is perfect for when you want to clean off your veges leftover in your fridge. The other night, both me and my husband want to have something easy, quick and simple. First thing came to our head is Burger King or Take Away Kebab Pizza. But, neither of them what we would want to eat. So, I went and look into our fridge. Everything is leftover. My first thought was to make fried rice. But I don’t feel like eating rice. I took out all the leftover and thought of salad with Asian twist. Anyway, what I used in this bowl are: Mix Spring Salads Cherry Tomatoes A handful of Bean Sprouts Paprika Carrot

Food and Drinks

Cooking:
I am not a chef nor am I a great cook. But i can say with confident that i can cook good food. Good  enough to feed me and my husband day by day.
I also love trying new recipes and remaking the meal (from other country and cultures). Mainly when it is an easy one!
What I enjoy the most is to simplifies a recipe that I find difficult (especially when the ingredients is almost imposible to come by)

Baking:
My husband is the one that bake. So, there will be times where i will share his recipes as well. 

Beauty 


Please note that I am not an expert in neither skincare nor makeup. The products I reviewed are what I have used myself and bought with my own money. I don't jump into a product because it is a hype at the moment. My reviews are depending on what I am using at that moment.

Personally, I don't have any specific favorite brand for everything. I appreciate a good skincare and makeup. My makeup drawers are filled with random brands and price ranges.

Skin concern:
Sunspots, dark spots and old pimple scars.
Slowing down aging process.

Skin type:
Dry to very dry and sensitive
I do get a little oily in the summer  

Travel

Here i will share my experience during my travel. I will share about the hotel i stayed in, flight, places i visited and what i have tried during the holiday.
