I have been to quite a few Asian Restaurant around South of Sweden, Yun Lee Restaurant is my top choice. They have the most authentic Chinese food taste. I said so because most Asian restaurant in Europe adjusted their recipe to suit European taste bud. I am glad that i found this Restaurant. When ever i miss authentic Chinese food, I'll come here.
Location
This restaurant located right in front of Eslöv train station. If you are coming from Lund, it takes only 11 minutes with a direct train and 16 minutes with 2 stops at Stångby and Örtofta ( you don't have to change station).
From Malmö it will takes 26 minutes.
It is best to take a train here in instead. It is the fastest and easiest way.
They closed on Mondays and major holidays. Do check on their website if you are to come in the Summer, because they do take sometime off in the summer as well.
Their lunch buffet is from Tuesday to Friday.

price 90 kr inc water
95 kr with soft drinks
They have selections of beers and other strong alcohol to choose from with separate individual price.
Desert included is soft ice-cream. Delicious! Teas and coffee.

My friends and i always make sure we will be the first customer to arrive to avoid a long queue and bump into others while getting our foods. Don't get me wrong, it is enough room to walk around. But to get a perfect sit ( where we are ) is different story! We get the view of everyone coming in and out. Most importantly, we get to see our favorite dish get refilled.
The restaurant is full within 15 minutes. But worry not, there is more table at the back room. You can share table with other customers as well.

They made good sushi. Although a very limited selection, but their rice is well seasoned short grain sushi rice. I'm not a fan of salmon on my sushi, but as you can see on the picture, they are not stingy with it. Well, none of the sushi is make you feel one ingredient too many. They are all perfect! Atleast i think.
Most buffet restaurant i have been too substituting the rice with typical sticky rice. There are times, some even mixed sticky rice with other rice.
I know by right, the wasabi is not supposed to be drowning in soy sauce. But i like it this way. I like to dip my sushi in a perfectly mixed wasabi soy sauce.
On the day this picture was take, they served my favorite sushi. A fried crab meat and the rice is rolled in a seaweed.
On this day, there weren't fried crab meat. But tuna is delicious too.

Picture 1 and 2 are taken on different day. As you can see, They served fried rice and fried egg noddle on both days. To the left (not in this picture), there is a pot of plain rice.
If you are lucky enough to be here on the day they serve chicken curry with sweet basil, do give it a try. It's my fav! oh!! Stir fry beef with garlic too!
Top four are selections of deep fried dishes; chicken wings, battered chicken fillet, battered prawn and vegetarian spring rolls.
Bottom four are; Teriyaki pork, chicken ( don't remember the name ), sweet and spicy chicken, and stir fried mixed vegetables.
Every dishes are delicious!

Sorry, i don't remember the name of every single dishes that was served on both days i was there. Their selections may be little than 100+ kr buffet on most Asian restaurant out there, but i can guarantee you they have a high quality and most authentic flavor of Chinese food! (if that is what you are looking for)
