Asian inspired Chicken Salad Bowl or what I like to call as Salad Terjun

Asian inspired Chicken Salad Bowl or what I like to call as Salad Terjun A quick understanding with the word “ Terjun ”. It means, Jump in Malay. I like to use it because I don’t have a recipe to follow. I literally use what I have, can find and think I can add-in to make the meal complete. So, it is safe to say, I used Terjun recipe a lot. This particular salad is perfect for when you want to clean off your veges leftover in your fridge. The other night, both me and my husband want to have something easy, quick and simple. First thing came to our head is Burger King or Take Away Kebab Pizza. But, neither of them what we would want to eat. So, I went and look into our fridge. Everything is leftover. My first thought was to make fried rice. But I don’t feel like eating rice. I took out all the leftover and thought of salad with Asian twist. Anyway, what I used in this bowl are: Mix Spring Salads Cherry Tomatoes A handful of Bean Sprouts Paprika Carrot

Rapid Age Spot and Correcting Serum

Skin Type: Dry to very dry (Winter), Normal to dry (summer),
Problem: Dry Patches, Hyperpigmentation, Sun Spots, Big Pores, Discoloration

Summary:
Price aside, I love everything about this serum. I it most effective for discoloration serum I have tried. By far! Absorb nicely and quick. Lovely “almost visible” orange scent. Packaging is tall round I believe it is dark since the product inside is not visible through the bottle. It has a pump. Huge + for me.
Overall rating 5/5 because I chose quality over price.

Do I need to explain who is Dr. Murad or Murad skincare is?  I don’t think so. But if you never heard of the brand or the man behind the name, the best way I can say is, it is one of the best and high-quality skincare out there. To find out more about the brand, you can check it out directly from their website.

I purchased it by a recommendation from fellow Instagram beauty influencer. Took me a little over a year to get because I want to try with the rest of the recommended products.
Bellow are the list of product I purchased and used together.

I purchased mine from click here for 995kr. They sometimes have great promotion and discount. Also, what not to like when a company gives some free samples with every purchase! yeay!!

A little background:

I have been having these two spots for few years now, between 8- 9 years. It started small and the colour was lighter than it is now. They grow bigger and darker over the years hence the search for something to take them away. Permanently. So, come this serum.
I have tried a few products that claims to reduce their appearances, but none have given what it says it would. Until I gave Murad Environmental Shield line a try. Start date: January 7th, 2019 and I dedicated until May 3rd, 2019 just for them. Talk about commitment!

When do I use it?
Day skincare routine:
I apply this serum every morning.
I never use a cleanser in the morning unless if I needed to. But I can say, it is a very rare occasion. What I did is, I rinse my face with water (cold preferably) then followed with toner and the rest.

Ingredients:
Water/Aqua/Eau, Glycerin, Dimethicone, Pentylene Glycol, Niacinamide, Butylene Glycol, PPG-5-Ceteth-20, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Hexylresorcinol, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Hexapeptide-2, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract, Yeast Extract, Plankton Extract, Soy Amino Acids, Lecithin, Squalane, Dimethicone, Urea, Yeast Amino Acids, Trehalose, Inositol, Taurine, Betaine, Sodium PCA, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Polysorbate 60, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Benzotriazolyl Butylphenol Sulfonate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Sodium Hydroxide, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance(Parfum), Limonene, Red 4 (CI 14700), Yellow 5 (CI 19140),Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891)

• Always use SPF during day time. Indoor or Outdoor.

My Review:

Packaging: The bottle looks like glass. But it is a simple round tall with pump dispenser plastic bottle. It looks sleek. Not that it matters how it should look. What matter when it comes to my skincare is, I really appreciate a bottle with a pump. A pump will help to preserve and keep the product fresh longer than a drop dispenser. Also, it is less messy.
The packaging is heavier than the total amount of the product. This serum contains about 30ml serum.  Because of the weight, I missed the sign of I’m running out of it.
I also appreciate that I don’t see the product. This means, the product is safely protected from light and cool.
Fragrance: Almost visible orange scent. You don’t smell it if you don’t put it right on your nostril. Why would you?
Application: I used 2 pumps for entire face to my neck. It is dry quickly, so work fast with it. I don’t recommend to massage in the product. Instead, pat the product in. Do wait for a few minutes before applying your next serum or in my case SPF. I realize, if I apply my SPF directly, the serum will be balled up and rub off. I waited 15-30 minutes before applying SPF. I also apply my SPF with patting motion instead of massage.
Effectiveness: I do see a big different in my skin texture and tone since I have this in my routine. It brightens my complexion and my hyperpigmentation does appear lighter.
Texture: It is not like ordinary serum. This is thicker than most and it has pearly white iridescent to it.
