Asian inspired Chicken Salad Bowl or what I like to call as Salad Terjun

Asian inspired Chicken Salad Bowl or what I like to call as Salad Terjun A quick understanding with the word “ Terjun ”. It means, Jump in Malay. I like to use it because I don’t have a recipe to follow. I literally use what I have, can find and think I can add-in to make the meal complete. So, it is safe to say, I used Terjun recipe a lot. This particular salad is perfect for when you want to clean off your veges leftover in your fridge. The other night, both me and my husband want to have something easy, quick and simple. First thing came to our head is Burger King or Take Away Kebab Pizza. But, neither of them what we would want to eat. So, I went and look into our fridge. Everything is leftover. My first thought was to make fried rice. But I don’t feel like eating rice. I took out all the leftover and thought of salad with Asian twist. Anyway, what I used in this bowl are: Mix Spring Salads Cherry Tomatoes A handful of Bean Sprouts Paprika Carrot

Summary

Dandelion is its main ingredients. What it does is, it helps to cleanse and balance scalp environment without causing irritation.

Even though it is in the pricey side, but at the same time it is not. Because, I don’t need to buy it every month since I only use this gel once a month. Most importantly, it works!

No one suggested me nor sponsoring me to review this product.
Since none of the treatment that I have tried works, furthered my research and found this.
There were not many reviews about this gel. But I have tried many over the top reviews on other products and most of them are not so great after all. So, I guess, I shouldn’t be put off by something that is not out there. After all, I am not that easy to be convinced. I love to try and judge it myself. So, here I am.
But before I can continue, I must tell you that this is not the only thing I bought and used after my last treatment. I also use Davine Purifying Shampoo and Kielh’s Exfoliating Scrub. I strongly believe the combination of these products that have made wonders.
This time, the treatment I am going for is totally different. There is no leave-in product.Everything will be rinse-off.

My Review:

To learn about the entire routine and how I schedule the use for every each one of them, read

These are the products that I have been using together with this gel and I believe, the combination
that made my dandruff problem finally gone.

Came in a side open box. The tube on the other hand is a thick plastic tube in dark brown colour.

Fragrance; The smell reminds me of dandelion itself. Very earthy and herbal. Very different from other product I have try. It didn’t linger once it rinsed off. If you are looking for a product that is toward natural scents, or disliking any product that have a strong flower or perfume, you may want to check this out. That is, if, dandruff is your concern.

Application; I prefer to apply this gel on dry hair and scalp (before shower). With a wide tooth comb, I parted my hair with a wide comb and apply directly to my scalp. 1-2 inch apart from each section. Then I will massage my entire scalp to distribute the gel evently. I will make sure the worse part is targeted well. Leave it for 10 minutes. I spend my 10 minutes watching something on youtube. I don't even do any facial because i don't want to accidently mix these products and caused problem. Don’t worry about making any mess, because there will be none. No dripping.

As easy as it is to apply, it is also easy to rinse off. It didn’t leave my hair dry or heavy.

I applied this gel as recommended on its packaging religiously for 3 weeks. Then, I decided to stop using it for a very good reason. I don't see there is a reason for me to continue using it since my dandruff is now gone. Literally gone! Not even a trace of it. Supposed to use once a month for maintainance, even that i didn't see the need anymore. I do however, apply the Purifying shampoo once a week (sometimes none)

Time Line:
Week 1, I still have dandruff and pus-filled bumps. But, no new one appears. No redness. No itchiness.
Week 2, dandruff and pus-filled bumps have reduced to at least half lesser worse than before! No redness. No itchiness. Flakes has drastically reduced!
Week 3, No dandruff and no pus-filled bumps. Not even a trace of dandruff. No dry scalp. Started to leave my hair down without worrying about dusty looking shoulders.

This tube is now in my bathroom cabinet, to keep it out of light. I will use it again if I need to. Hopefully not. I wish i could have came across this gel from the beginning!

My scalp has never felt so good in such a long time. As you can read on my old posts, I have been using a few products to combat my dandruff and excess sebum (excess sebum contribute to the scalp infection)

Good for you to know;

I am not in any way an expert nor am I a certified beautician. But, I personally think what this gel does is, it removes what causes the dandruff (eg: fungus and what not) in order to stop the problem.  I am saying this because how the dandruff disappears gradually instead of immediately.

Many of anti-dandruff products seems to work like a magic. Dandruff magically healed after the first wash! After a while, it made its come back  and often than not, worse than ever. On some of us, dandruff made its come back the moment you stop using the shampoo. This is because most dandruff shampoos removes just the top layer / the flakes instead of healing the scalp. I personally have used many of these products.  But this time, my dandruff gone gradually. Not immediately. It was slowly, but very surely gone!

My dandruff was not as severe as 10. I had (yes! Had!) somewhere around 5 and even 6 at times. Davines Purifying Gel however did not make any claim to be able to help with a severity of level 10. But it does claim to help with both dry and oily dandruff problem. If yours is much severe than mine, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give this a try. You may even as surprise as I was. This gel is definitely a worth to try.

I strongly believe that this gel has eliminate the causes of my dandruff and seborrhoea problem.

By the way, remove all your jewelleries before using this treatment. It didn’t mention on the packaging nor their website. But I have learned this from my mistake. I had my silver necklace and earrings, after first application, the next day, they all turned dark. So, please remove your jewelleries beforehand. Some of the ingredients are used in hair dye. Just like before you color your hair, you are adviced to remove your jewelleries.

Pros
Cons
Works great as it claimed!
Price
I am now dandruff free! Not even a tiny flake!

Although the price is high. But you don’t need the entire tube to see the result. Mine happened to after the third usage. I barely use quarter of the total amount.

Almost fragrance free.

Did not dry out my scalp nor my hair

No more itchy scalp!

Did not cause any irritation even for a sensitive scalp like mine.

Will I recommend this product?
YES! To everyone. Unless you have anything against listed ingredients.

Check this link out, they do sometimes have a pretty great discounts !
